AMPLUS International Ltd is an event management and marketing agency with operations in Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania since 2013.
They seek to recruit qualified applicants for the Field Supervisors position for one of their clients in the FMCG industry.
Field Supervisors.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, supervisor and monitor Merchandizers in the assigned area.
- Consolidate and submit accurate Merchandizing reports.
- To assist in recruitment, training and induction of new Merchandizers.
- General coordination of your assigned area to ensure compliance to client’s demands
- Effective implementation of other clients initiatives like promotions as may be briefed from time to time
- Carrying out effective supervision through scheduled and random back checks as well as shadow calls.
- Building and enhancing business relationships with the outlet management.
- Recruit new outlets that add value to the client.
- Follow all safety and risk management guidelines and policies and model best practices to associates
- Any other duty as assigned by the project Manager
Required qualification
- At least diploma holder in sales and Marketing or related field with a minimum KCSE score of at least C+.
- At least 2 years’ experience in supervising field staff.
- Can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be computer literate and in possession of a functional smart phone, Android version 6.0 that is in good condition.
- Must be a Kenyan with over 24 years of age.
- Ability to analyze, summarize and effectively present data & reports on excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills and a timekeeper.
