Regional People Partner – Africa
CAFOD, one of the UK’s leading international aid agencies, is looking for a Regional People Partner – Africa.
The Regional People Partner – Africa will be responsible for providing HR Partnership and advice across the full spectrum of people management activities including employee relations, organisation design and learning and development.
As part of the People, Culture and Change Group the Regional People Partner will work in partnership with international leaders to help them achieve their aims, managing projects that deliver pay and benefit solutions for our country offices in Africa and building the capacity of our managers to work effectively.
The post holder will work alongside a team of People Partners based in the UK who offers peer support to each other in the provision of professional HR Advice and Partnership across the organisation.
YOU will have well developed business partner skills and be required to travel to our country offices.
You will have full Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and experience of working in an HR advisory role within an international organisation.
