Position Title: Client Relationship Advisor
Reports To: Business Development Manager
Job Purpose: The position is responsible for maintaining and developing new customers through appropriate prospecting sales methods, and relevant internal liaison to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide financial advice to clients according to their requirements and risk profile as well as the performance of the specific portfolios.
- Build relationships with Orient Asset Managers Limited affiliate companies with the aim of generating new business from their customers.
- Planning and prioritizing personal sales activities geared towards achieving agreed business targets.
- Carry out a detailed-fact find review of the potential clients and recommend appropriate investment products.
- Manage and retain clients through a thorough and professional customer service.
- Respond to and follow up on client enquiries.
- Report on weekly sales according to organization requirements.
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied.
- Carry out duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in business related from a recognized university.
- Being in financial service is an added advantage.
- 3 years of working experience in dealing with clients.
