Requirements / Qualifications
Degree in Human Resource or any other related field.
Proven 2-3 years experience as HRM
Proficiency in Payroll management
Proficiency in use of Microsoft excel
Background experience in an NGO will be an added advantage
Knowledge of HR function (recruitment, training, development etc)
Must possess strong interpersonal skills
Must be a member of IHRM(K)
