Qualifications / Requirements
- 3-5 years’ overall experience
- Excellent English Communication skills
- Academic or Professional Education/Qualifications: Degree or professional qualification in fields of Quality, Project Management, Audit, Legal preferred
- A clear thinker with the ability to deconstruct, reconstruct, and map the system
- French language a plus
Job Specification
- Working with the regional sales managers to manage the contract lifecycle of the International channel partners
- Liaise with the external partners to satisfy the process requirements and documentation
- Coordinate with the supporting functions to complete the workflows and processes
- Lead the communication with the stakeholders to address concerns
- Being responsible for tracking milestones and deliverables and ensuring deadlines are met across all milestones.
- Flagging where there may be risks or issues with project deliverables
- Organising stakeholder meetings to ensure key stakeholders are briefed and regularly updated.
- Support with the organisation of master documents and version control
- Helping create new ways of working that allow us to modernise and leverage technology for better efficiencies
- Provide commercial excellence support as needed to regional commercial operations
