Position Title: Client Service Director
Main Purpose of the Job: Business promotion and development, client relationship management, and overseeing project implementation.
Principal Responsibilities
- Marketing and selling the company’s services to existing and prospective clients
- Creating, maintaining and developing close business relationship with clients and suppliers
- Achievement of company business objectives and financial targets
- Developing, writing and reviewing proposals/ reports/ presentations
- Presenting proposals and reports
- Handling client enquiries and issues
- Reviewing new client briefs, discussing the appropriate approach & allocating work to the relevant teams
- Overseeing the implementation of projects including taking charge of quality and cost controls
- Reviewing progress and job updates and issuing regular reports
- Monitoring competitive activity and recommending strategies and tactics to safeguard the company business
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, economics or related fields
- Training in Field Marketing and Sales Promotions
- Education in Management
- At least 7 years’ experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Field Marketing, Sales Promotions or Advertising from reputable firms
