Our client is in the Real Estate industry and they seeking to hire a Property Administrator who will manage the daily operations of properties, manage financial matters, and handle tenant relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overlook daily operations of assigned properties.
  • Accomplishing financial objectives by raising invoices applicable, collection of service charges & rent.
  • Ensuring utilities are paid on time.
  • Resolving residents’ complaints.
  • Enforcing rules of occupancy.
  • Ensuring service providers deliver according to set standards.
  • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and standards.
  • Supervising caretakers, cleaners, and gardeners.
  • Providing general administrative services.
  • Responding appropriately to emergencies.
  • Ensuring the property is compliant with relevant bodies
  • Renew management contracts when due.
  • Perform any other duties assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

  • A degree in real estate, property management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Min 2 years experience as in property management or a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of property regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Understanding of marketing and accounting principles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good customer service skills
