Our client is a Fintech company based in the United Arab Emirates and is operational in different countries worldwide including Kenya (Start-up).

They seek to hire a self-motivated and efficient Direct Sales Supervisor who will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the sales promoters achieve & surpass their daily and monthly target.
  • Ensure the promoters are trained and on time when it comes to achieving results.
  • 100% responsible to build and manage a network of promotors, to directly promote the product to potential users.
  • Execution, management of the promoter operations on a day to day basis
  • Route planning and management
  • Performance management for the promoter’s teams
  • Experiential and activation management
  • Managing promotions, events and campaigns effectively to ensure market penetration.
  • Responsible for implementing customer acquisition and distribution mechanisms and deploy the company’s ‘’go to market strategy’’.
  • Assisting in the development and execution of sales and marketing plans
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Occasionally assist in managing a team of indirect account specialists (salesmen)to efficiently develop and control the network.
  • Increase reach and availability in the market and ensure product performance through effective branding and distributor channel performance.
  • Suggest any new potential locations for future activity.
  • Collect market feedback and feedback from the promoters or agencies weekly.

Key Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing, and other related Courses.
  • At least 3 – 5 years relevant experience in managing a sales team in a financial institution, Marketing Agency, FMCG, Digital satellite TV Industry.
  • Should have knowledge of Kenyan Market.
  • A real salesperson, true diplomat when it comes to people relation, sales and numbers driven.
  • True team player.
  • Attention to detail and flexibility.

N.B. Valid driving license and must have a car.
