About the role:
Talent Acquisition Assistant’s responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career events.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
The successful candidate will be ideally required to start ASAP but no later than 13th June 2022.
Responsibilities:
- Engage passive candidates to build a strong talent pool for future hires.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs.
- Determine selection criteria.
- Source potential candidates from various online sources as well as find new creative ways to attract top talent.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls and in-person interviews.
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our CRM and propose better ways to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
- Onboarding of new employees; organize, streamline, and oversee the onboarding process for new hires into the company.
- Lead employer branding initiatives.
- Organize open house events and attend recruitment events.
- Ensure you deliver a great candidate experience with potential candidates as well as past candidates.
- Maintain an updated HR tracker and input it with all the requisite candidate data.

About You
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- You love people and think, sleep, and dream people.
- You have 1-2 years of experience in a busy start-up or innovative organization that cares deeply about people development.
- You have experience in Administration, Recruitment and Systems setup.
- You have exposure to Business or HR training. This is preferred but not compulsory as passion, skills and experience are the elements that will make you successful in this role
- You have exposure to 1-2 solid internships in well-recognized companies and perhaps 1 full-time role in Administration/HR.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Social Sciences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
