A leading Insurance brokerage firm seek to hire an aggressive and result oriented Insurance Sales Person.
Position Summary: Revenue and profit generation, through new business development for the Organisation
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Build and maintain a strong profitable customer base through sales of assigned company products.
- Handle and implement renewal and marketing activities under division strategies to achieve individual target.
- Ensure 100% customer Retention.
- Ensure no policy is issued without premium upfront.
- Ensure all client requests for quotes/changes and renewals are done on time without any follow-ups from clients.
- Ensure there is no backlog of service
- Premiums charged are in line with compliance/agreement.
- Ensure all phone/email enquiries are completed and clients are advised within 24 hours.
- Ensure all cancelled/lapsed policies are followed up on next renewal.
- Ensure that all policyholders are approached and followed up for additional covers and records maintained.
- Act as the clients advocate, be dependable and a trusted representative for the client and insurance company for the settlement of the claims. Record all Claim details in the system open claims file and keep it updated in accordance with all the activities.
Qualifications
- Should have a diploma in Insurance from college of Insurance or knowledge in insurance with at least 5 years working experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Self- motivated, confident and outgoing personality.
- Have integrity and a high sense of ethical responsibility.
- Ability to multi-task and get things done to completion.
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
