Our client is an international Group, present on three continents and with more than 70 years dedicated to the Automotive Industry and Sector.
They are looking to hire a Sales Administrator who will contribute to high quality customer service and support the sales team achieve set targets
Responsibilities
- Confirm orders from sales team and issue requests to Logistics.
- Manage in regard to offer letters, the successful execution of Financed deals
- Manage receipt, issue, approve quality and acceptance of vehicles from PDI.
- Prepare delivery paper work as per procedures.
- Complete, accurate and on time invoicing of vehicles
- Management of sales fleet including service, fuel and assignment.
- Reporting: Daily| Weekly| Monthly on orders progress, stock availability and condition.
- Continuous and innovative showroom display, tidiness and ambience
- Custodian of customer files including compliance to data privacy and safeguard against un authorised use and/or distribution.
- Maintenance of the cars
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or relevant field.
- 3 years of experience, preferably in an automotive industry would be desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with proven ability to prioritize and keep tab of all aspects of the job.
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
- Ability to understand and follow company policies and guidelines
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
- Problem solving skills
- Knowledge in sale agreement contracts
- Proven track record in sales
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be time conscious and have a sense of urgency.
