Position Title: Business Development & Marketing Executive
Our client is a consulting firm that provides strategic and sustainable business consulting services to inspire and empower businesses to drive positive impact
They seek to hire a Business Development and Marketing Executive, who will have the incredible opportunity to grow the brand.
The individual will be mandated among others to identify and assess new business opportunities and manage clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively Identify and acquire new business opportunities for the firm
- Set and meet business development targets
- Develop and implement marketing plans and marketing campaigns
- Develop and present compelling offers and proposals to clients
- Generate and convert leads
- Onboard new clients and build lasting relationships
- Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
- Actively market and sell the firm’s products and services
- Conduct market research and pilot innovative solutions for the business
- Attend networking activities to increase brand visibility and connect with prospective clients
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the sustainability space
- Support the team in project implementation.
Required Specifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a business development or marketing role
- Result oriented individual with the ability to meet set targets
- Possess commercial skills, good business sense and the ability to identify and seize opportunities in a challenging and competitive market environment
- A university degree in a relevant discipline
- Experience working in small teams, ideally within a multicultural context
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Excellent oral and written command of English is a must
- Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential
