Position Title: E-Commerce Representative
Job Purpose: The E Commerce Representative is accountable for achieving brilliant online execution with customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver E Commerce sales targets / growth on assigned accounts
- Handling of orders – prepares, confirm and ship them out.
- Party Central resources accountability
- Prompt updating on the platform i.e. Promotions, Product availability
- Engagement with distributors / retailers on Inventory gaps
- Customer communication /help customers with their orders
- Constant monitoring and engagement on customer digital pages and groups
- Developing subject matter expertise on E commerce and taking ownership of Party Central for assigned accounts.
- Data analysis and insights on sales and opportunities
- Implement SOPs and best practices
- Enrolment of retailers
- Change agents – embed behaviours and general appreciation of E commerce
Skills and Knowledge
- Tech savvy and eager about the role of technology in promoting business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail.
- Organizational, teamwork, and quality assurance skills.
- Data analysis and report writing abilities.
- Market research skills / Creativity.
Academic Qualification
- Degree in Information Technology or a relevant Business subject
