Position Title: Training Coordinator
Salary: 30K
Primary responsibilities of this role: The role is responsible to monitor the training quality and standards of overall operations of training department at the station.
Furthermore, the role ensures all training activities are in accordance with corporate Standards.
Duties and Essential Job Functions
- Prepare and ensure execution of the training calendar based on various training requirement
- Ensures proper documentation and completion of training records maintaining high accuracy; also communicate training calendar to all the departments and follow up to maximize the nominations and ensuring proper enrollments
- Prepare training dashboards reflecting measurable ratios of the training performance for each department, employee coverage and staff course validity.
- Prepare and monitor the training needs analysis of the operational departments and ensures the needs are in accordance with the corporate standards
- Assist in producing training materials/ course notes for in-house training, and preparation of the documentation when necessary for the processing of trainee registration and classroom readiness.
- Handle OLMS (oracle learning management system) for creating new staff records, courses, offering, classes as per assigned role.
- Monitor any changes and update training documents, manuals and SOP based on airline, ISAGO and DGCA standards
- Keep a regular check on expired training licenses to renew and raise appropriate reports accordingly
- Performs other related duties as assigned by line manager

Qualifications and Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree/ University Graduate
- Minimum 3-5 years related experience
- Excellent communication & organizational skills
- Ability to plan ahead by managing time and motivate & influence.
- Fair knowledge of company’s activities to know basic training requirements, training materials both online & offline and preparation of training manuals.
- Ability to understand the company’s standards and accreditations.
