Position Title: Manager – Culture & Change

Job Purpose: The job holder is responsible for the developing and sustaining a positive and rewarding work environment for culture transformation across the business.

Relevant and active knowledge in successfully leading the planning and successful execution of culture change programmes in an organization, Pro-active and creative on initiatives, Experience design mindset and capability,
People-warm personality, Self-motivated, engaged and a good presenter at all levels, Ability to sustain cross-functional culture change initiatives, Strategic and focused on results and impact, Ability to prepare and present reports at senior level, skills in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), Young, Agile and IT Fluency.
This position will be expected to mainly deliver in (detailed):
1. Design and Develop Culture and Change Plans and strategies.
2. Lead in continued development of culture and change activities.
3. Establish and maintain a relationship with Key Business Managers and participating in relevant meetings and discussions to anticipate future skills, needs and plans to develop these.
4. Build a knowledge base of key individuals and their BU strategies, tactics,
processes/procedures/systems and business drivers.
5. Lead and Implement change initiatives related to business processes and technologies.
6. Drive adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization in compliance with the Bank’s change management methodologies.
7. Manage change project strategies and plans including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer and end-user training.
8. In liaison with the Director, Human Resources, manage HR projects related to any changes and the culture initiatives.
9. Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.
10. Manage and lead communication activities related to culture activities.
11. Work with the talent team to cascade change training to the organization.
12. Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption.
13. Monitor and evaluate the impact of planned organizational change.
14. Provide Leadership in defining success metrics and measuring performance against these metrics.
15. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual reports for the unit.

Academic Qualifications
✓ Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a Related Field.
✓ Certification in change management and project management.
✓ MUST be a Full Member of IHRM with valid membership certificate (share copy with application)
✓ 5 years overall experience of which at least 2 years should be at managerial level.
✓ MUST have active experience in managing, implementing, facilitating and monitoring culture change
programs of significant period.
