Positon Title: Sales Assistant – Corporate Sales
Qualifications: Bachelor / Diploma in Sales / Business Administration / Management / DBIT
Experience Level: Entry level
Experience Length: 2 years
Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in corporate clients on behalf of sales people.
- Maintain & update the client lists for individual sales persons.
- Booking of corporate clients into scheduled courses on behalf of sales executives.
- Raise and Maintain a register for student numbers and ICDL numbers for corporate clients on scheduled courses & corporate exclusive courses.
- Ensuring that certificates are passed to clients within the specified time.
- Printing and sending out mailers to clients when required.
- Prepare and Provide customers with quotations.
- Respond to all inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Any other duty that may be assigned.
Minimum Requirement and Skills:
- Must have sound knowledge of Ms Office packages (ICDL qualification preferred)
- Preferably with 1-2 years’ experience in front office services (non-supervisory) and good data entry skills.
- Minimum of 2 years in sales and marketing handling corporate sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer relationship management.
- Ability to work in an extremely high-pressure and high accountability environment.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively to customers.
