Position Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Nakuru
Employment Type: Contract
Compensation: Retainer + Commission
Job Profile: Your role as a sales executive is to sell our clients products and services to individuals with the
aim of winning new business, you’ll strive to maintain good
relationships with existing clients, gaining repeat business wherever
possible.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Represent and sell the clients product and services in the select geographic area
- Accurate represent and state company policies to all potential customers and vendors.
- Promptly direct all leads and vendor recruitment to the company
- Inform the Marketing Director of all problems concerning customers within the sales territory.
- Inform management of any diversions or malpractice from your colleagues if any of them is representing, or plans to represent any other business form. In no event shall Sales Support Executive represent a competitive company or product line either within or outside the designated sales area.
- Telephone the Company with reasonable frequency to discuss sales activity within the territory.
- Follow a working itinerary, approved by the Management in the performance of duties, which cover all the agreed Limited regional locations inclusive of any other locations as may be communicated by Management.
- Ensure that the recruitment process and documentation of Limited Vendors is adhered to as per the guidelines set out by Management from time to time.
- Provide a report daily, weekly and monthly or at any such time as may be required and in the format set out by Management from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Recent Graduates (Bachelor’s/ Diploma).
- 1-2 years in directs Sales / Brand Ambassador equivalent experience
