Position Title: Junior Product Sales and Marketing TeamLeader

Working remotely has challenges like you may choose to concentrate on other things andthat is why we have strict targets for this Product sales team leader position. This isamanagement role and you need to make sure at least 15 of the sales and marketing personnel under you have hit their monthly targets.
Key Roles:-
- Recruit a team of sales agents.
- Ensure all sales agents meet their sales targets on a daily basis.
- Submit daily reports to senior sales team leader.
- Train and facilitate sales agents under you with all relevant information andmaterials.
- Develop an executable sales and marketing strategy.
- Liaise with senior sales team leader and ensure all sales agents under you are paidtheir commissions and salary on time.
- Meet and surpass strict sales targets set.
- Ensure seamless flow of information to all relevant parties.
Requirements:-

- Internet savvy.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Good interpersonal and time management skills.
- Highly motivated,focused and with a can do attitude.
- Highly organized to ensure seamless flow of information to all parties involved.
Qualifications:-
- Diploma or undergraduate degree in a business oriented field.
- At least 2 years sales experience in FMCG.
- Candidates with a proven track in sales and marketing of computers, phones,beautyproducts, furniture, clothes or electronics will be given a priority.
