Position Title: Call Center & Sales Personnel

We are a leading brand of Kitchen & Home Appliances company based in Nairobi.
We seek to hire a self-motivated and efficient staff who will be cross-skilled amongst different roles including but not limited to sales and service.
Responsibilities
- Handling of inbound calls, outbound calls, and WhatsApp enquiries
- Website online order processing
- Handle any issues or discrepancies from customers regarding their orders
- Perform product details updates on the website such as sale promotions, and uploading new products
- Occasional dealer management
- Service centre upcountry dispatch repairs coordination
- Any other duty as may be assigned
- Please note this role will include various duties including but not limited to the above
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Business degree/diploma or equivalent from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Kitchen & Home Appliances.
- Experience in an e-commerce retail environment is an added advantage
- Call center/customer service/front office experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
