Our client, a dairy production company, seeks to hire a Sales Manager.
He/she will be responsible for formulating and implementing sales strategies, ensuring sales targets are met, and leading a sales team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategies
- Set sales targets and ensure they are met
- Proactively identify leads, pursue and close leads
- Grow the company’s market share across board
- Grow brand awareness and visibility
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct market research and keep abreast with market trends
- Ensure product supply chain processes and standards are followed
- Create the sales budget and manage expenditure
- Recruit, coach, motivate, appraise and manage a dynamic sales team
- Submit sales reports as required by the senior management
- Spearhead a strong customer-centric culture.
Required Specifications
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales and marketing of dairy products
- Able to manage large sales production
- Aggressive in selling and with a great sales track record
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales and marketing or any related field
- Flexible, highly motivated and able to travel frequently
- Able to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to recruit, on board, develop and manage a sales team
- A strong, resilient, result-oriented individual and an excellent team player
