Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing and Communication Strategist whose role will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s digital/online marketing initiatives and communications.
This position analyzes data, processes, and digital communication channels to develop, implement and optimize strategies that ensures generation of strong leads for company services consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing company website and other digital platforms where the company is present including
- Improving the usability, design, content, and conversion of the company website
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
- Competitor analysis: Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
- Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, Email marketing, Google analytics, SEO, SEM, PPC, social media and display advertising.
- Designing, developing, building, and maintaining effective social media strategies
- Managing online brand and campaigns for the company services to raise brand awareness
- Keeping abreast with emerging digital marketing trends to ensure maximum effectiveness
- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website. Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
- Guide on the ideal digital media buying platforms in the respective markets for the respective services
- Guide on the monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the digital campaigns
- Media Relations including pitching company services online and offline for media publicity
- Ensuring all the company services are branded correctly
- Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
Skills and competences
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Business, Marketing, or related field; or Minimum 5 years’ experience in areas referenced above.
- Detail-oriented and organized analytical thinker
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and presentation skills, including the ability to tactfully deliver and accept honest criticism.
- Significant experience with Google Tag Manager, Google AdWords & Analytics and SEMrush
- Significant experience gathering and using marketing data, such as keyword research, industry reports, and competitive analysis.
- Ability to manage time and projects effectively with a focus on the details and minimal supervision.
- Significant experience creating and presenting analytics reports.
- Experience with creating and administering earned and paid social media campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Experience with Google Search Console and other technical SEO tools preferred.
- Experience with email marketing and one or more popular marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot, Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo, or others, preferred.
- Previous experience implementing A/B testing and conversion optimizations desired.
