Position Title: Finance Assistant – Credit Control
Reports To: Assistant Manager – Finance
Purpose of the Position: The position is responsible for the timely execution of finance functions, revenue assurance and credit control.
Key Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure all revenue is promptly and correctly receipted.
- Ensure daily submission of receipt declaration report.
- Respond to all general ledger reconciliations queries.
- Ensure minimal leakage through compliance and accurate receipting.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of intermediary statement of accounts.
- Assist in commission processing.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Commerce or Business related course.
- At least 1 year of work experience
