Furniture Manufacturer Sales Person Job Vacancy in Kenya (40K)

Our client, a furniture manufacturer, seeks to hire a Sales Person.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing sales strategies and meeting the set sales targets

Gross Salary: 40K plus Commission

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Sell furniture and meet set sales targets
  • Expand market share and generate leads
  • Prepare business proposals and make presentations to clients
  • Create brand awareness and visibility
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with clients
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities
  • Review market trends, conduct market research and report on the same
  • Spearhead customer-centred service provision
  • Supervise and manage the sales team
  • Manage the sales cycle from order taking to the collection of payment
  • Identify and examine business risks and advise the company accordingly
  • Perform the sales admin-related tasks as required.

Required Specification

  • Successful track record in B2C and B2B sales and negotiation
  • Experience working in the interior design sector/furniture sales is highly desirable
  • Minimum of a diploma in sales and marketing or a related field
  • Demonstrable great selling and negotiation skills
  • Great verbal and written communication skills, strong customer-orientated focus
  • A strong, resilient, result-orientated individual and an excellent team player
  • Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of computing software
