Our client, a furniture manufacturer, seeks to hire a Sales Person.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing sales strategies and meeting the set sales targets
Gross Salary: 40K plus Commission
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Sell furniture and meet set sales targets
- Expand market share and generate leads
- Prepare business proposals and make presentations to clients
- Create brand awareness and visibility
- Establish and maintain good relationships with clients
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities
- Review market trends, conduct market research and report on the same
- Spearhead customer-centred service provision
- Supervise and manage the sales team
- Manage the sales cycle from order taking to the collection of payment
- Identify and examine business risks and advise the company accordingly
- Perform the sales admin-related tasks as required.
Required Specification
- Successful track record in B2C and B2B sales and negotiation
- Experience working in the interior design sector/furniture sales is highly desirable
- Minimum of a diploma in sales and marketing or a related field
- Demonstrable great selling and negotiation skills
- Great verbal and written communication skills, strong customer-orientated focus
- A strong, resilient, result-orientated individual and an excellent team player
- Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of computing software
