Position Title: Social Media Executive

Gross Salary: 60K – 70K
Our client in the Agriculture industry is looking to hire a Social Media Executive.
Who will be responsible for increasing the online presence of the business and contributing to revenue growth, managing the company’s digital platform developing creative marketing campaigns to improve revenues, managing all social media channels and campaigns to sustain an engaging audience experience, increasing audience satisfaction and spearhead the company’s e-commerce strategy
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet small and large farmers and shop owners across the country and create video content for social media
- Manage sales team to upload and share social media content Understand customer expectations according to industry online activity
- Develop social media campaigns
- Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns
- Update social media content across all channels minimum 3 times per week
- Engage with customers and followers
- Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer and Hootsuite (mention any social media marketing tool that you are currently using or plan to use)
- Monitor campaigns and analyzes data obtained
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
- Develop content or get it done by content developers
- Keep an eye on social media trends
- Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management and content developers
Key Qualifications.
- Bachelor’s Degree in BBIT, Advertising, Marketing or any other Business related field
- 3 years of experience as a social media manager or a similar role
- Prior experience as a content manager
- Experience in creating social media strategies
- Experience in creating engaging content video photo and motion content branded
- Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized and able to multitask.
