Job Title: Sales Lead
Our client is focuses on providing comprehensive consulting, custom development, testing, maintenance & support, implementation, and upgrade services for Financial Services of products for Banks and Financial Institutions across the globe.
They offer dedicated services to enable clients meet their business goals through technology transformations.
The company establishes and cultivates working relationships with industry-leading banks and financial service providers who leverage on the company’s deep understanding and expertise in banking processes and technology to provide world class solutions.
The duties and responsibilities include:-
- Build fruitful alliances with Clients, OEMs & Partners.
- Build & manage strategic relationships with clients & OEMs.
- Design & execute strategic sales & business development to achieve the top & bottom-line sales target.
- Anchor sales conversations with potential prospects & clients
- Market awareness & insights in the region across Banking & Financial Services industry
- Nurture & convert suspects-prospects-lead-opportunity-deal lifecycle.
- Identify & develop routes to market penetration.
- Create market buzz for strong brand positioning & brand awareness.
- Proactively create a strong funnel & healthy pipe for each sales quarter
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 years’ experience in sales
- Prior sales experience in closing deals in the region for any banking technology solution
- Passionate & having flair for selling.
- Be communicative, pro-active, accountable & responsible for each opportunity identified.
- Self-driven and able to work independently.
