Job Title: Business Development Manager
Our client in the financial sector gives SMEs fast, flexible and affordable access to working capital.
They are looking for a Business Development Manager.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing partner relationships and leading business performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet business development targets & responsible for business plans
- Responsible for identifying new business revenue lines
- Lead customer-centricity as a key business driver with existing and potential clientele
- Manage partner relationships and maintain portfolio quality
- Coordinate and lead active engagements, activities and operations for the company
- Ensure compliance for all clients and businesses opened and on-boarded
- Lead a team of business development executives
- Provide coaching, training and mentorship to team members
- Ensure growth of a good mix of portfolios
Required Specifications
- At least 10+ years of experience in business development or related filed in a financial institution
- Proven ability to build a strong portfolio
- Very strong relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Commercial awareness and customer focus
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong networking skills
- Business graduate from an accredited University
