Position Title: Customer Success Executives (Re-Advertisement)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to sell our diverse range of training programs and professional services to individuals, businesses, and organizations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of training and development needs, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Sales, Prospecting and Business Development:
    • Promote and sell our training programs and professional services to prospective clients.
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through actively reaching out to potential clients through cold calling, emails, social media, networking.
    • Understand client needs and customize training solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
    • Promote and explain the features and benefits of our training programs and services to prospective clients.
    • Engage in active listening to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  3. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
    • Analyse market feedback and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and developments related to training programs and professional services.
  4. Sales Presentations, Proposals and Follow ups:
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our training programs and services.
    • Develop detailed proposals outlining customized solutions, pricing, and terms.
    • Follow up with leads and potential clients to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales.
  5. Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
    • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales manager.
    • Work closely with the internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of training programs and services.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Should have at least a Degree in Sales and Marketing or any other relevant field/course
  • Relevant experience on Key Account Management
  • At least 2 to 3 years’ sales experience selling to Corporates, Government or
  • Experience in selling training programs and seminars/events
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the training and professional services industry.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of successful sales achievements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel and attend industry events as necessary.
  • Cool-tempered with perseverance and ability to handle rejection
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
