Position Title: Management Trainees
StarTimes Media Group, a leading Pay TV industry player, is seeking highly motivated and skilled professionals with a Masters in Business Administration to join their Sales, Marketing, Creatives, Advertising Sales, and Operations Management Teams.
Qualifications
- A Master of Business Administration supported by a relevant Bachelor's degree (this being a Management Trainee position an MBA will be a must).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Innovative, creative with an ability to think outside the box
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Must be eligible to work in Kenya.
Compensation
A reasonable and compensation will be provided to those recruited as they will be training on the job to be absorbed in its Management Team
