Position Title: Business Development Executive

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (BDR). Your primary duties will entail the generation and qualification of leads aimed at boosting revenue and extending our footprint in the market. Your effectiveness will be gauged based on your capacity to pinpoint prospective clients, initiate valuable discussions, and arrange meetings for our sales team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing Work pays services and capabilities. Develop and present proposals that align with client objectives and demonstrate value.
  • Building the sales funnel by nurturing inbound leads with personalized outreach to convert them into potential customers. Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.
  • Conducting cold calls, emails, and social outreach to target prospects using sales prospecting and automation tools as well as social channels (e.g.: LinkedIn, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Identifying the correct decision-makers based on the qualification framework (e.g.: BANT)
  • Maintaining and updating the pipeline database. Identifying new sales opportunities and potential growth areas.
  • Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business. Achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets and quotas
  • Assisting in closing partnership deals while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Completing communication sequences in line with the sales process including reach-outs and prompt follow-up communication to nurture leads and prospects.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Business Manager to negotiate terms and conditions with client to secure profitable contracts.
  • Provide valuable feedback from clients to enhance service offerings and overall client experience.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Commerce.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Saas Sales.
  • Experience working with Accountants is a bonus.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
  • Proven success of hitting targets.
