Position Title: Marketing Officer 

Our client is seeking to recruit a Marketing Officer who will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness within the highly competitive industry. Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
  2. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including television, radio, print, online advertising, experiential, activation, influence marketing, content creation and distribution
  3. Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as search engine marketing (SEM), Google ads and other pay-per-click advertising, social media advertising, display advertising, SMS, and email marketing
  4. Manage the online presence and brand of the company through social networking tools such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to allow the company to engage with consumers in real-time
  5. Identify and implement effective customer acquisition strategies, including targeted advertising campaigns, affiliate partnerships, and strategic collaborations
  6. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention, including personalized marketing communications, loyalty programs, and engagement initiatives
  7. Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost efficiency in marketing activities
  8. Partner with the relevant department heads to develop marketing plans for the company in line with the overall brand strategy.
  9. Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar to ensure accurate ease of tracking and coordination.
  10. Review the ongoing competitor analysis report and make appropriate recommendations on brand strategy.
  11. Lead and facilitate monthly engagement meetings with relevant departmental stakeholders to review brand strategy, priorities, and required actions for the achievement of brand goals and targets.
  12. Ensure the consistency and integrity of the brand are adhered to from a visual/corporate identity perspective, personality, tonality, content, partnerships, etc.
  13. Develop, maintain, and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing reports that help in the tracking of the effectiveness of all marketing activities.
  14. Develop and update the company’s marketing and communications strategy.
  15. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and utilize insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics
  16. Perform any other duties and tasks assigned by a person holding a senior position in the company.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proven 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, pay-per-click marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Solid analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service skills
